Boys Elite Development Centre

Invitation only programme - for boys aged 7 - 16

Our Elite Development Centre is an invitation-only programme offering an opportunity to boys (under 7s to under 16s) to train in a team environment, improving both individual ability and technical and tactical knowledge of the game.

A 36-week term time training programme, covering all aspects of the game, with feedback and player reports after each 12 week block of coaching.

A games programme is included during school half terms vs other professional clubs’ Development Centres including Northampton Town, MK Dons, Brentford, Swindon Town, Wycombe Wanderers and more.

Each player has the opportunity to represent the badge by wearing the OUFC training kit whilst being upskilled as a player to support their grassroots football team. Players can participate in the programme whilst continuing to play for their grassroots club.

Coaching delivered by FA qualified coaches at level 2 (minimum).

Players who are progressing and performing to a very high level in the Elite Development Centre may have the opportunity to be recommended to the Oxford United Academy
