New partnership to raise funds for club's charity
Oxford United in the Community has partnered with personal travel consultant Rachel Tredwell from Not Just Travel to help raise funds for the charity with support from U’s fans.
The partnership will see the club’s official charity receive commission when holidays are booked through the travel agency by Oxford United supporters. Money raised by supporters’ bookings with Rachel Tredwell from Not Just Travel will be used to fund the ongoing community work delivered by the charity that last year engaged with more than 5,000 people.
Not Just Travel is a multi-award-winning travel agency that is part of the Hays Group, the largest independent travel agency in the UK. Based in Dorset, but with travel consultants located around the country, the company works with more than 450 travel suppliers to deliver ATOL and ABTA protected holidays in the UK and abroad.

“We hope Oxford United fans can now help back our latest partnership by booking their holidays through Rachel Tredwell from Not Just Travel, and therefore helping raise important funds for us to benefit those we work with via our community projects.”

To help put holidaymakers’ minds at ease, Not Just Travel have introduced a ‘Book and Relax’ initiative following easing of COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. Book and relax allows holidaymakers the right to cancel, change, or amend their holiday with certain suppliers. Flexible payment options are also available and key workers are entitled to discount with certain suppliers, at certain times.
Rachel added: “We fully understand that customers’ confidence in booking holidays has been impacted by COVID-19 and we are doing everything possible to take the stress out of making a booking.
“Our Book and Relax initiative provides a number of benefits to ease the possible worries some customers might face and we hope this will reassure holidaymakers that we are here to make their time away stress free.”
